Stasi cultuur bij Ministerie van Geen-Justitie en Hirsch Ballin in het bijzonder!

Latere info in 2019 geeft aan dat er een speciale blijkbaar geheime afdeling was gemaakt op bevel van Koningin Juliana! Het lijkt alsof bijna niemand binnen Justitie van deze afdeling afweet en ook niet bij BIZA. Het lijkt ook dat eigen afdeling intel heimelijk werkt en verder aan niemand verantwoording hoeft af te leggen!

Het ware (stasi)gezicht van oud Minister Hirsch Ballin komt prachtig boven tafel in zijn huidige voorstel om Officieren van Justitie, dus vaak de kneusjes uit de maatschappij(zie Petra Rietveld-Hoekstra parket Leeuwarden in mijn smaadzaak door politieslager Jeroen van Bruggen rechtbank Leeuwarden 9 februari 2009), het recht te geven om websites zelfstandig, dus ZONDER toetsing door de rechter, af te sluiten voor het argeloze Nederlandse volk. Opvallend is dat veel van de minst ethisch denkenden, CDA leden zijn!

Deze website of Blog zou dan al in begin 2008 uit de lucht gehaald zijn door Officier van Justitie, kneusje Petra Rietveld-Hoekstra. Want dit slag onmenselijke wezens vinden het heel normaal dat slachtoffers van terreur van de Staat der Nederlanden zelf, zich niet mogen verdedigen, geen advocaat nodig hebben, geen onderzoek nodig omdat ze toch al WETEN dat het slachtoffer zelf schuldig is, etc. Lees iedere willekeurige krant over het gebrek aan ethisch besef.

Of website al veel eerder verboden door Ministerie van Geen-Justitie zelf natuurlijk in opdracht van de desbetreffende politici die deze samenzwering tegen Hans Smedema en zijn vrouw, voor het hele Nederlandse volk verborgen willen houden. Dat moet dom gehouden en lastige pottenkijkers zijn daarbij ongewenst. Typisch regentesk. Stazi cultuur dus.

Dat deze oud Minister Hirsch Ballin glashard en onethisch en dergelijk voorstel bij de kamer in durft te dienen, zonder zich dood te schamen, zegt iets over de cultuur binnen Geen-Justitie. Alleen oprichten van een compleet nieuwe organisatie met ‘echte’ en ‘integere’ medewerkers met hoog ethisch moreel besef in een volledig nieuwe cultuur, kan Nederland van deze verouderde antieke organisaties redden. Mijn casus van samenzwering en doofpot tegen het Nederlandse volk, hoogstwaarschijnlijk een CDA initiatief, bewijst dat prachtig.

Wikileaks

Wikileaks.org , een organisatie voor internationale klokkenluiders net als de Nederlandse klokkenluideronline.nl, geeft prachtig uitleg van de redenen waarom juist extreme openheid, het enige middel is om corruptheid en machtsmisbruik tegen te gaan. Net als Hans Smedema al jaren doet met deze extreem open Blog. Hier een paar van hun redenen:

Consider Daniel Ellsberg, working within the US government during the Vietnam War. Indeed, secrecy laws are being used to keep the public ignorant of gross dishonesty practiced by their government. The power of principled leaking to embarrass governments, corporations and institutions is amply demonstrated through recent history. The public scrutiny of otherwise unaccountable and secretive institutions forces them to consider the ethical implications of their actions. Which official will chance a secret, corrupt transaction when the public is likely to find out? What repressive plan will be carried out when it is revealed to the citizenry, not just of its own country, but the world? When the risks of embarrassment and discovery increase, the tables are turned against conspiracy, corruption, exploitation and oppression. Open government answers injustice rather than causing it. Should the press really be free?

The ruling stated that “paramount among the responsibilities of a free press is the duty to prevent any part of the government from deceiving the people and sending them off to distant lands to die of foreign fevers and foreign shot and shell.”
It is easy to perceive the connection between publication and the complaints people make about publication. But this generates a perception bias, because it overlooks the vastness of the invisible. It overlooks the unintended consequences of failing to publish and it overlooks all those who are emancipated by a climate of free speech. Such a climate is a motivating force for governments and corporations to act justly. If acting in a just manner is easier than acting in an unjust manner, most actions will be just.
Sufficient leaking will bring down many administrations that rely on concealing reality from their peoples.

Doofpot-affaire Hans Smedema is veel erger dan de beroemde Dreyfus-affaire!

Zware verantwoording voor de vrije pers is hun plicht om te voorkomen dat enig onderdeel van de overheid het volk kan bedriegen! (US Supreme Court)

Toch ziet geen enkele Nederlandse journalist blijkbaar kans om de grootste samenzwering van de Nederlandse staat tegen een weerloos verliefd stelletje(en tegen het hele onwetende bedrogen Nederlandse volk) sinds 1973, en wat door die doofpot tot heden gewoon ijskoud doorgaat, open te breken. Telegraaf weigert publicatie, net als Leeuwarder Courant met veel inside informatie! Peter R. de Vries en John van den Heuvel weigeren ook al.

Het lijkt verboden op grond staatsveiligheid. Wat een drogreden is, want het is dan alleen ter bescherming van de naam van Koningin Juliana voor gemaakte blunders van hooggeplaatste ambtenaren en Ministers. Naast de bescherming van medeplichtigen en initiatiefnemers zoals broer mr. Johan Smedema uit Gennep en zwager Tjitte de Jong uit Norg. Beiden ontkennen alles en liegen en bedriegen dat het een lieve lust is.

Deze doofpot is opgezet en was uitsluitend mogelijk met hulp van CDA leden! Zwager Tjitte de Jong uit Norg, die deze doofpot in stand wil houden, is voorzitter CDA Drenthe las ik ergens en uit mijn onderzoek blijkt het CDA zwaar betrokken. Oud Minister President JanPeter Balkenende heeft samen met Donner ook al weer geweigerd om deze doofpot te beëindigen! Beiden alweer CDA!
