I, Hans Smedema, accuse the Dutch ‘Ministry of Justice’ of hiding crucial evidence of American former Military Intelligence Official ‘Al Rust’! Given to Hans for his defense, so owned by Hans Smedema.
This information is crucial to Hans Smedema proving the unbelievable cover-up of the Dutch Government and Dutch ‘Ministry of Justice’ against Hans Smedema himself, his wife and American Al Rust, who suffered for almost ten years because of that! Hans and his wife suffer from 1972 and that is still ongoing!
Some facts about this cover-up:
- Dutch Government & Min. of Justice have covered up a whole sequence of horrible crimes against mostly the wife of Hans Smedema, who got severe suppression and selective Amnesia.
- A secret service has been ordered to delete any evidence they can find and create a ‘Cordon Sanitary’ around Hans Smedema.
- Also they are ordered to make sure Hans Smedema can never proof these crimes and will be seen as insane and Delusional!
- Dutch asked America to legally aid with this cover-up and destroy any evidence America can find! All based on fraud of course, but nobody cares yet.
- Dutch refused to aid American former Intelligence Official Al Rust when he only needed the truth! And caused 10 years of suffering for him and his poor Family!
Contents of the Document of American former Military Intelligence Official ‘Al Rust’:
- Information about looking at Dutch Secret Service files by Intelligence from 97th General Army Hospital, Frankfurt, Germany around 1983. He was Manager Facilities there.
- The fact he knew, being my friend, that information was a fraud and so asked Intelligence for a copy! Which was not allowed, but they did it anyway because of the fraud!
- The strange fact the file was deleted immediately by the Dutch! Meaning something to hide and proving fraud!
- The fact his Manager Logistics together with Intelligence Officials interrogated Hans Smedema outside the gate, to make it unofficial. And discovered Hans had severe suppression and selective Amnesia and new nothing about his wife being raped and defenseless. Which she still is!
- Facts about helping Hans Smedema by telling the truth about the cover-up to Baker Bros, Stoughton.
- Being sued by Baker Bros and CIA for giving false information and being dishonorably dismissed, because the Dutch refused to tell the truth and open there files for him!
- Suffering for almost ten years in Harlingen, Texas, after having to sell his house because of the Dutch cover-up.
- Getting help and being allowed to to get the copy of the deleted Dutch Secret Files from Frankfurt to reopen and appeal the decision. He won because the file proved the cover-up of the scrupulous Dutch.
- All numbers of cases, Courts, names of Judges, and more were made available to Hans Smedema in a message he hided in a Stockhouse message, but didn’t tell Hans the enormous value for his further live, as Hans still suffered from severe suppression as the crimes were still going on! The Dutch secret Service got hold of the file, and deleted all on computers of Hans Smedema, while Hans was still unknowing of all the crimes against him and his wife.
- The document was about 30 pages and is crucial to the Dutch people, Hans Smedema, and his poor still defenseless wife.

Anyone who can get a copy of this crucial file and document which was given to Hans Smedema and so owned by Hans Smedema, and which document is crucial to the total Dutch People who are still unaware about this scrupulous cover-up, will get a reward of 50.000 euro as soon when that money is available or can be legally taken from a pension fund of Hans Smedema and his wife.
The files proves that the Dutch people are betrayed by their own Government and that Dutch secret Service is betraying innocent victims and helping rapist not to be sued!
